Nothing feels more welcoming than a personalized introduction, so that’s what we created for every member of Amtrak’s loyalty program, Amtrak Guest Rewards. With a vast database of member data and analytics detailing travel data, we were able to create customized collateral with relevant content specific to each member. And with a new photo library showcasing Amtrak in a modern, updated way, we welcomed members not only to a new way of traveling, but also to a fresh Amtrak attitude.
